  • KOTO Ski Swap Nov 10th.  Go to Koto.org to get all info for the weekend.  Also link is there to sign up to volunteer to shop at the pre-swap.  Buy tickets to sell individual items at swap here at KOTO'S office.  Tix are $1 each. 

  • KOTO is looking for listeners to serve on its Citizens Advisory Board.  This board meets quarterly to discuss programming on KOTO.  The next meeting is in early December.  If you’d be interested in being on this board, please email ben@koto.org.   

  • When you visit Clark's Market today and on Mondays through Nov. 12. Clark's Telluride will generously donate to the Pinhead Institute, beneficiary of its 7 Days of Ways to Save "Non Profit Day" fundraising program. So, after checking out, ask for your receipt and drop it in the designated box.

  • Meet at Esperanza's November 15th 5:00-6:30 to practice Spanish with Jill and Gloria from the library and other Spanish speakers from the community. The library will provide the appetizers and the margaritas are on special.  All levels are welcome!

  • Wilkinson Public Library will host educational workshops designed to give you support as you raise your little one(s)! Free childcare and dinner will be provided. 5:30-6:30pm. Next session is Thursday, Nov. 8th. The Topic of discussion will be Supporting Challenging Behaviors at Home: Sibling Relationships, Redirecting Misbehavior 

  • U-Act, Unaffiliated Action, urges you to register to vote. Register online, or update information, at GoVoteColorado.com before the 29th of October or anytime up to the day of the election in person at the Clerk's Office in the Courthouse.
    If you are leaving town for the off season ballots can be requested in person starting on the 5th of October, also at the Clerk's Office. Ballots will be mailed the week of October 15. Election day is November 6.

  • Preschoolers-to-6th Graders are invited to parade down Colorado Ave. in Telluride’s Annual Halloween Parade! Participants will depart Telluride Elementary School at 1:30 pm this Wednesday, Oct. 31st.

  • On Tuesday, Oct. 30th, join the Progressive Women’s Caucus and the community for a forum on Ballot Measures. At Rebekah Hall, 6pm. The forum will also be broadcasted here on KOTO. Be sure to attend or tune in!
