  • Happy Halloween! The Halloween Parade is happening today! Pre-schoolers-to-6th graders are invited to show off their costumes down Colorado Ave.! Meet at the Telluride Elementary School. Parade will begin at 1:30pm.

  • Celebrate Halloween and support the Telluride Historical Museum. Trick-or-Treating down Fir St. will begin at 4:30 pm. After you’ve stocked up on candy, head to the Haunted Hospital at 7pm. 

  • November 1-3, the Sherbino Theater Company presents "No Body to Murder": A Comedic Murder Mystery. Doors at 7, Curtains at 7:30. Tickets at sherbino.org

  • Jumpin’ Jan Productions will host a Voter Registration Rally, this Saturday, Nov. 3rd at the Moon at O’Bannon’s. 6pm. This event is open to all ages - under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Turkey Bingo is Saturday Nov. 17th at the Elks Lodge. Don’t miss the post-Bingo Punk Rock Thanksgiving Show at the Moon @ O’Bannon’s ft. Telluride’s own, Ho Fun Deluxe. Spintress Extraordinaire Beatrixx Kiddo will open. Doors at 9pm.

  • Today, Wednesday Oct. 31, is the deadline to sign up for “Sick of Being Poor: The Deadly Impacts of Poverty. A free presentation, meal and discussion will take place at the Ah Haa School Nov. 5, 5:30-8:30 pm. RSVP to info@tchnetwork.org or call 970-708-7096.

  • Wilkinson Public Library will host educational workshops designed to give you support as you raise your little one(s)! Free childcare and dinner will be provided. 5:30-6:30pm. Next session is Thursday, Nov. 8th. The Topic of discussion will be Supporting Challenging Behaviors at Home: Sibling Relationships, Redirecting Misbehavior 

  • Ski Patrol will be firing the Howitzer on Thursday November 1, for annual training. Please obey the current UPHILL CLOSURE! Howitzer shrapnel can be dangerous or lethal at great distances.   • We are still in need of volunteers for the KOTO Ski Swap, happening Nov.9th through the 12th.  Volunteering gets you access to all the sweet deals of the pre-swap sale! Sign up with a buddy! Head to koto.org for more information and available shifts. To sell items at the swap, you need to purchase a tag here at the KOTO Office. Tags are $1 each.

  • TONIGHT! Liberty Bar will have their 2nd Annual Hallo-Freaky-Ween featuring LIVE music from Alan Boo-radley and the NIA. The annual costume contest will begin at 9 pm with judging and awards around 10 pm.

  • A free legal clinic, for parties who have no attorney, will be held at the Wilkinson Public Library Wednesday November 14th from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. By computer link, volunteer attorneys will answer questions, help fill out forms, and explain the process and procedure for all areas of civil litigation, including family law, property law, probate law, collections, appeals, landlord-tenant law, small claims, veteran’s issues, and civil protection orders.  Please contact the Wilkinson Public Library at 728-4519 to schedule an appointment.   

  • KOTO is raffling off a season's pass for the 2018-19 ski season. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the KOTO studios at 207 N. Pine Street or from your favorite deejay. Tickets will also be available at the ski swap on Saturday, November 10th.  

  • The Wilkinson Library is having their Halloween party today, beginning at 3:30-5pm in the Kids Area.

  • Wednesday, Nov. 7th, the Telluride Mountain Club and The Peter Inglis Avalanche Education Fund, present the latest installment of their Telluride Backcountry Chats; Avalanche Accidents: The illusion of control and the perils of positive outcomes
    with Dale Atkins. At Jagged Edge, talk begins at 6pm.
