  • Donation Day is Nov. 21st. Tickets purchased on Donation Day go towards supporting the Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club. The official opening day of the resort is Thanksgiving, Nov. 22nd. Lifts start turning at 9am!

  • County Nursing is offering a Flu Shot Clinic today, Nov. 19th. 1:30-4 pm in the Miramonte Building, next to the Courthouse. All insurance cards accepted. If you do not have insurance, shots are offered at $25 or sliding scale.

  • Ski Swap Checks are here at the KOTO office on N. Pine.

  • The Wilkinson Public Library presents Telluride Film Festival’s Cinematheque winter series “A Director Retrospective- The Great Hal Ashby,”(  HAROLD AND MAUDE, COMING HOME and BEING THERE). The next film in the series, The Landlord, (1970, 112 minutes, Rated R), plays Monday December 3rd.

  • MOUNTAIN MUNCHKINS FAMILY DATE NIGHT takes place November 30, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Telluride Conference Center. Proceeds go towards the Munchkins Scholarship Program!

  • Applications for the 2019 Colorado Master Gardener Course are being accepted.   • Work up your appetite Thanksgiving Day by participating in San Miguel County’s Annual Turkey Trot 5K-Run/Walk. Thursday, Nov. 22nd in Illium Valley. Race starts at the intersection of Sunshine Road and CR 63L (Ilium Rd.).  9:00am Registration/9:30 am Race Start. A holiday Tradition for the whole family, costumes are encouraged and dogs on a leash are welcome!

  • SMRHA is offering a homebuyer education class on Dec.10th & 11th from 5-9pm in the Conference room at the SMRHA/Shandoka Office at 820 Black Bear Rd. G-17. This will help locals prepare for purchase, including the lotteries for the Town deed restricted units being developed. To register, they can complete a flyer on the smrha website-smrha.org

  • The Ah Haa is calling all creatives!  Do you have a collection of old works gathering dust in a corner in your home?
