  • The Telluride Yoga Center will host a Solstice Celebration, benefiting the San Miguel Resource Center. Tonight, 7-8:30pm.

  • Palm Arts Dance Presents two performances of The Nutcracker. December 22nd  at 6pm and again on the 23rd, at 3pm.

  • A winter solstice memorial celebration for former KOTO DJ and longtime area resident Billy Joe Moffat will be held at 4 p.m. today, at the Dolores Community Center. Please bring cuisine or libations, your smile, and memories of Billy. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to KOTO Community Radio by calling (970) 728-4334 or by going to koto.org and clicking the donate button.

  • Join a Community Solstice Celebration today at Chipeta Lodge in Ridgeway. Celebrate the longer days with poems, stories and songs, 5-6:30pm.

  • A fun, kid’s art class will be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during Winter Break, beginning today, December 21st, through January 5th. At the Mountain Lodge beginning at 4:30pm.

  • Don’t miss the CHRISTMAS EVE TORCHLIGHT PARADE, Dec. 24.  6:30 p.m. Skiers will come down Telluride Trail into town.

  • The Telluride Education Foundation is hosting a screening of the documentary 'Generation Wealth' (rated R) followed by a Q&A with the film’s director, Lauren Greenfield. Event proceeds support the Telluride School District. At the Palm Theater, Dec. 27th, film starts at 5:45 p.m.

  • The Telluride Nordic Center will offer clinics on Classic Skiing, every Monday, and Skate Skiing, every Tuesday, throughout January. First clinics are January 7th and 8th, 12-1pm at the Nordic Center in Town Park. Call 728-1144 to register.

  • Mountainfilm's Annual Film Night Fundraiser will feature a silent auction and special screening of 2018's "Science Fair." December 26th at the Sheridan Opera House, screenings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. 

  • Telluride's favorite Peter Pans are back TONIGHT with DUDE AND BRO GET REAL. An original comedy with music by Telluride Theatre! Final showing tonight in Telluride, at the Sheridan Opera House, 8pm. This is the final showing in Telluride. Telluride Theater will bring the performance to the Sherbino Theater in Ridgeway on Dec. 22 & 23 @ 8pm.
