  • The Telluride High School Philanthropy Club, in conjunction with Reach Out and Read Colorado, is hosting a book drive December through February. Donate New or Gently-Used Children’s Books at designated boxes located at the Elementary and High School, the post office and the library. Books donated will be given to children who receive care at the Telluride Med Center. More information can be found at reachoutandread.org

  • The Telluride Education Foundation is hosting a screening of the documentary 'Generation Wealth' (rated R) followed by a Q&A with the film’s director, Lauren Greenfield. Event proceeds support the Telluride School District. At the Palm Theater, Dec. 27th, film starts at 5:45 p.m.

  • Mountainfilm's Annual Film Night Fundraiser will feature a silent auction and special screening of 2018's "Science Fair." December 26th at the Sheridan Opera House, screenings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. 

  • A fun, kid’s art class will be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during Winter Break, today, through January 5th. At the Mountain Lodge beginning at 4:30pm.

  • Telluride's favorite Peter Pans are back TONIGHT with DUDE AND BRO GET REAL. An original comedy with music by Telluride Theatre! At the Sherbino Theater in Ridgeway tonight and tomorrow @ 8pm.

  • The Ah Haa School’s Regional Exhibition challenges artists to think outside the box by working within one. 12x12. For more information go to ahha.org or call 970.728.3886. Submissions due by 5pm on January 14th.

  • Telluride Gold Kings perform tonight at the Bean, 6-8:30pm.

  • Palm Arts Dance Presents two performances of The Nutcracker. Tonight  at 6pm and again on the 23rd, at 3pm.

  • Don’t miss the CHRISTMAS EVE TORCHLIGHT PARADE, Dec. 24.  6:30 p.m. Skiers will come down Telluride Trail into town.

  • The Telluride Nordic Center will offer clinics on Classic Skiing, every Monday, and Skate Skiing, every Tuesday, throughout January. First clinics are January 7th and 8th, 12-1pm at the Nordic Center in Town Park. Call 728-1144 to register.
