  • The New Year’s Torchlight Parade IS TONIGHT. Skiers will come down BOTH side of the resort beginning at 6:30pm.

  • Ouray will celebrate the New Year with a fireworks display on Main St. at midnight.

  • Trico performs at the Sheridan Bar tonight, 10pm.

  • Brooke and Dane Robinson perform at the Bean tonight, 6pm.

  • Telluride will ring in the New Year with a short fireworks display on Colorado Ave, between Aspen and Fir Street, tonight beginning at 11:30pm. Please, no glass, open containers, or personal fireworks.

  • The Ouray Elks Lodge will host a New Years Eve Party, 7pm.

  • Robert Randolph and the Family Band perform at the Sheridan Opera House tonight, show at 10:30pm.

  • Joint Point will perform at Wood Ear tonight.

  • The Sherbino Theater will host Amy Friedman of Denver for their Open Bard Poetry. Thursday, Jan. 3rd at 6:30pm.

  •  The Black Canyon Audubon Society presents White-Tailed Ptarmigan Talk with Conservation biologist Amy Seglund. Thursday, Jan. 3rd at the Montrose Field House, 7pm.

  • The Lone Cone Fat Bike race will take place in Norwood, January 20th. Find out more about the race and register on-line at www.bikereg.com/loneconefatbike.

  • Telluride TV and the Wilkinson Public Library present a 3-part "Mental Health with Dr. Paul" series featuring internationally renowned clinical and consulting psychotherapist Dr. Paul L. Hokemeyer. Next in the series is “When A Bluebird Day Isn't:  Suicide in Our Mountaintown.” Mon. Jan. 14th, 6-8pm.
