  • The 7th Annual Rotary Pancake breakfast happens today, October 28th from 8am-1pm at Clark’s Market. All you can eat for $5. Proceeds benefit Angel Baskets and the San Miguel County Food bank.

  • Come Celebrate Postman Jim Looney’s retirement at Esperanza’s. Today, October 28th 5-8pm. 

  • Ridgway Yoga Shala invites you to take a 200-hour Teacher Training Prana Vinyasa Flow with Maria Garre.  You will leave with a deeper understanding of anatomy and alignment, sequencing principles, chakra energy understanding, sacred texts of the yoga sutras, an understanding of ayurvedic medicine and creating a home practice.  Dive deep into your understanding of yourself and get a 200 hour RYT Certificate at the end of the 7-month training.  Each month there will be a weekend intensive to finish this course.   • Liberty Bar will have their 2nd Annual Hallo-Freaky-Ween on Wednesday, October 31st featuring LIVE music from Alan Booradley and the NIA. The annual costume contest will begin at 9 pm with judging and awards around 10 pm.

  • Come to a free exhibition and talk about the Northern Arizona Volunteer Medical Corps doctors’ experiences among the people of Haiti at the Ah Haa School Saturday, November 10th 5-7p.m. The exhibit, entitled “My Brothers Our Sisters,” will run through the end of November.

  • The Telluride Historical Museum will host their annual Haunted Hospital this Halloween. Trick or Treat down Fir Street beginning at 4:30 until 7:00pm, when the Haunted Hospital opens its doors. If you’d like to help or if you’d like to donate candy, contact Pepper, at pepper@telluridemuseum.org. There is also a candy donation bin at Alpine Bank.
