  • Have you heard? KOTO Radio has a new studio at Norwood High School! Tune in every Friday at noon, starting Jan. 18, to hear "The Lunch Break," featuring students in Mr. L's class. Also, if you are a West End resident who would like to record a commentary to run after the news on KOTO, email cara@koto.org to set up a time. Office hours are on Thursdays. Record up to 3 minutes about events, fundraisers, nonprofit updates, community happenings, political opinions and more. And don't forget to tune in on the 18th to hear from local students. It's gearing up to be a great show.

  • The Sunflower Theater in Cortez will screen Human Flow, an epic film journey led by the internationally renowned artist Ai Weiwei. Tonight, doors at 6:30, film at 7pm. More information can be found at sunflowertheater.org

  • Tonight, parents are invited to participate in an educational workshop designed to give you support as you raise your little one(s). Free childcare and dinner will be provided. At the Wilkinson Library, 5:30-6:30pm. The focus of the workshop will be Healthy Habits for Your Children: A Panel with Doctors, Dentists, and Nutritionists.

  • The seventh annual Western Colorado Food and Farm Forum is Jan. 25-26th at the Montrose Pavilion. Farmer Joel Salatin will be the keynote speaker.

  • Telluride TV and the Wilkinson Public Library present a 3-part "Mental Health with Dr. Paul" series featuring internationally renowned clinical and consulting psychotherapist Dr. Paul L.   • Any high school students are welcome to join the Free Box Cleanup, happening on Tuesday the 15th from 4-5pm at the Telluride Freebox! Work gloves, snacks, and trash bags will be provided.

  • The KOTO board of directors will hold their next monthly meeting Monday, January 14th at 5pm at the Wilkinson library.  The public is always welcome to attend.
