  • Today through Thursday, you can purchase raffle tickets for a trip to FIJI with $1,500 in travel expenses included, at the community table on Main St. 11am-5pm! Proceeds go towards KOTO’s equipment fund. The winner will be announced at the KOTO street dance on April 5th! Shakedown Street will be performing two sets of Grateful Dead!

  • Tonight is Art Walk. Participating galleries will stay open later.

  • The Tim O’brien Band performs tonight at the Sheridan Opera House, 7pm.

  • A Memorial service for Lani Jones is being held tonight, 5:30-10 pm at Ah-Haa. There will be a DJ at 7:30. Fun outfits / costumes encouraged.

  • One-to-One’s 6th Annual Date Auction takes place tonight, 7pm at the Liberty.

  • Celebrate Earth Day with the Telluride Mountain School at a free community wide, multimedia slide show presentation and book signing with nationally renowned, Colorado Landscape Photographer John Fielder on Monday, April 22 from 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. At the Wilkinson Library. There will be a book signing before and after event (6:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.).

  • The Sherbino Theater’s Open Bard Poetry series will host Durango poet, Esther Belin, tonight at 6:30pm.

  • Candidates are wanted for 4 open seats on Mountain Village’s Town Council. Send a letter of intent and candidate biographical form (available at the MVTC website) to mvclerk@mtnvilagge.org. Applications are due May 5th by 5pm.

  • Celebrate the beginning of Passover at a Community Potluck at the New Sheridan Bar, April 19th at 6pm. Please e-mail asbrowning1@gmail.com before April 8th, with a dish you plan to bring and the number of people attending.
