  • Movies Under the Stars presents The Karate Kid, tonight. Movie begins at 8:45 p.m. in the Reflection Plaza.

  • Donations of artwork to Ah Haa’s 27th Annual Silent Auction are due by Monday, July 1. The Art Walk on July 5th will feature all of the artwork donated. The auction itself takes place Friday, July 19th, at the depot, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase to the auction.   • The U.S. Air Force Academy Band Presents “America the Beautiful” A FREE Independence Day Concert at the Town Park Main Stage. Tuesday, July 2nd at 7:00 PM. This is a non-ticketed event.  For more information, please visit www.usafacademyband.af.mil. 

  • EcoAction Partners’ 2019 GREENLIGHTS program, an LED light bulb rebate program ends this Sunday, June 30th. The LED light bulbs are available at your local Farmers Market. Participating Farmers Markets include: Telluride (Fridays), Mountain Village (Wednesdays), Norwood (Saturdays), Ridgway (Fridays) and Nucla (Thursdays). To purchase the light bulbs you must present your SMPA bill or SmartHub on your phone with an active account number and service address.

  • The Telluride MusicFest continues performances tomorrow and Tuesday, July 2nd. On Monday, July 1st, local musicians will perform as part of Telluride Mountain Talent Night. Call 970.417.0116 for ticket information or visit telluridemusicfest.com.

  • The Annual Buccaneer’s Ball will take place at the Elks Lodge July 6th, 7pm-midnight, with proceeds going to the Telluride Elks Scholarship Fund. Dress like a pirate and enjoy live music from the Telluride Gold Kings, with opener Looty Booty.

  • Telluride’s Fourth of July celebration will take place on Thursday! The parade will begin at 11am followed by the firefighters BBQ in Town Park, noon-4pm. The Telluride Historical Museum will be offering root beer floats and free entry to the museum 12:30-2:30pm. Fireworks from Town Park will take place at dark.
