Donations of artwork to Ah Haa’s 27th Annual Silent Auction are due by Monday, July 1. The Art Walk on July 5th will feature all of the artwork donated. The auction itself takes place Friday, July 19th, at the depot, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase to the auction. The Wilkinson Library is holding a photo contest for the new library card. Submit your photo of the Telluride region by today, to, with the subject PHOTO CONTEST and the Age Category- KIDS up to age 13 and Adult, age 14+.

The Artists of Rico will be showing their work the week of July 4th at the Mercantile building on Main Street, in Rico. All are welcome to attend. The show will be open Wednesday-12-6pm, Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 12-6pm and possibly some hours on Saturday and Sunday.

The Annual Buccaneer’s Ball will take place at the Elks Lodge July 6th, 7pm-midnight, with proceeds going to the Telluride Elks Scholarship Fund. Dress like a pirate and enjoy live music from the Telluride Gold Kings, with opener Looty Booty.

The Telluride Jewish Community invites the public to attend a series of talks from Rabbi Terry Bookman. All sessions will be held at 15 Stonegate Drive, Mountain Village from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm .  The course is FREE.  Please bring a bottle of wine and/or a favorite cheese to share. Story Time on Tour is coming to the Market on the Plaza, in Mountain Village, Wednesday, July 3rd at 11am.

Telluride’s Fourth of July celebration will take place on Thursday! The parade will begin at 11am followed by the firefighters BBQ in Town Park, noon-4pm. The Telluride Historical Museum will be offering root beer floats and free entry to the museum 12:30-2:30pm. Fireworks from Town Park will take place at dark.
