The end of the month is an interesting time to debut an album; sneaking it in under the door after hours. That’s what Miles Adams, the man behind Telluride’s Spadefoot, did and I’m not complaining. As Near as Makes No Difference is the newest release from Adams, following his 2017 release of Autumn. The album feels like a continuation of Autumn with Adams finding and stretching into a signature sound. His songs share a similar track of steady, slow building rhythms until it all crescendos into some really beautiful guitar jams.
I encourage you to take a listen and keep your eyes peeled for this talented guy around town this summer.
